Returns and Refunds Policy
I make every effort to present artwork in its actual condition, and to ensure it arrives safely. However, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.
In the event that a print arrives bent or damaged, the customer will ship the damaged print back to me and I will replace it with a new copy of the same print selection at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping charges will be remitted to the customer upon receipt of the damaged print.
If you receive your print or painting and don't like it in person, you may exchange it for a different one. In this case, we will split the shipping costs 50/50.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of one of my prints or paintings, you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a refund or return, email email@example.com within 30 days of the date you receive the artwork (verifiable with tracking number). I will issue a refund of your full purchase price LESS SHIPPING within 2 business days of receipt of returned artwork.
