Locus

$30.00

LIMITED EDITION GICLEE

Locus features a convergence point of colorful people and colorful architecture in San Francisco’s Mission district. Like much of SF, the street level is dedicated to a business (in this case, a market still rocking a Pepsi-sponsored sign from the Cola wars) while residents occupy the upper floors. The sun had just started to set, draining the blue from the sky and casting pale yellow reflections. The city-by-the-bay’s constant moisture helped the lights begin to glow as evening approached, and I specifically left the bottom of the composition in motion as I captured it, because my visits to SF always feel that way: a little too fast, a bit of a blur.

This painting was also featured on national television during the broadcast of "Billion Dollar Club" on SyFy.

This fine art print is a limited edition giclee created with acid-free inks on archival paper. Once 100 prints are sold, this image will never be printed again. Your print will arrive signed and numbered, in a protective sleeve. All in standard sizes, these prints are easy to finish with store-bought frames. Prints are shipped in rigid mailers designed to prevent any bending.
